I joined Christy's running group in 2008 and I plan on joining again her spring group in 2009. The running group is a lot of fun: a great group of women, different each week, tailored to all levels and challenging - a fantastic way to improve your speed... Christy also trained me to run 40miles on my 40th birthday: the program she designed for me worked beyond my expectations, and her weekly followups were motivating and reassuring. I can go on an on! what ever your goal is, Christy will help you get there. I highly recommend her as a trainer!
