Dear Dennis and Joe: We wanted to thank you and your team for the fantastic master bathroom remodel. From the first time we came to the Palatine showroom just before closing on a Saturday and Dennis stayed late to help us visualize the possibilities of our space and explained what was involved in considering a spa shower, right through the project completion, we were very pleased by your customer service and attention to detail. Joe was very helpful and patient with the material selection and helped us work within our budget. It was important to us that we were able to incorporate some of Sandy’s glass art pieces into the tile work to make the space unique and special. Joe was not only gracious about accommodating our request but showed a real interest and appreciation in the glass work. We were extremely pleased with our installer, Ile, who was a true craftsman. He worked quietly and showed great respect for our home. Additionally he took the time to ask us for our input throughout the installation process and took the time to explain why certain products were used and how they were installed. He pointed out and corrected several issues with existing electrical and ventilation work during the process. It will be our pleasure to recommend Kitchen and Bath Mart to our family and friends.
