Fresh: Dailey Dose

Working out ballerina-style is all the rage these days, so The Dailey Method is right on trend.

Founder Jill Dailey McIntosh’s technique, which combines ballet barre work with core conditioning, stretching and orthopedic exercises, is growing into new locations—including a studio across from the Kenilworth Metra station.

“We’re really excited to bring a class to North Shore residents that will help them achieve the longer, leaner and fitter bodies they seek—in a fun, encouraging, non-competitive atmosphere,” says Tami Conway, owner and licensee of The Dailey Method-Chicago.

Child care is even available at the studio, for an additional fee.

$20 per class (with discounted packages available)
