Don’t have the time or energy to make dinner?
Acclaimed chef John des Rosiers of Lake Bluff’s Inovasi is happy to do it for you. He recently expanded his prepared foods shop, Wisma, to include a second location. Wisma offers meals freshly made with local, organic and sustainable ingredients—with entrees like Serrano Ham Wrapped Chicken Confit—local craft beers and affordable wine. There’s even a gourmet kids menu and an online ordering option. All surplus food is donated to local food pantries.
